This policy explains what data Sushi Quest ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sushi Quest is an app for counting sushi, reviewing restaurants, and sharing the experience with friends.

You can use Sushi Quest as a guest to count sushi locally without an account. Account data above is collected only if you choose to sign in or use online features.

How we use your data

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the app:

Your public display name, profile, and reviews are visible to other Sushi Quest users. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We rely on Google Cloud infrastructure for storage security.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time: see how to delete your account. We action verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Purchase records are held by Google Play under Google's policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children

Sushi Quest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

International transfers

Our data is hosted in Google Cloud (europe-west1). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards.
